Water-based Ink Printing R & D Road
Solution:We have developed a low viscosity, low VOC, high color concentration of water-based ink, can be printed directly on the machine. If you need to adjust the viscosity or hue, add no more than 5% of the diluent (50% ethanol, 50% water)
Achievements: Successful realization of full-color aqueous ink printing process, the printing effect is comparable to that of traditional solvent ink, and the overall VOCS emission is less than 50, solving the environmental pollution problem from the source.
Laser Plate Making Technology
Aiming at the problems of uneven depth and imprecise dot distribution of traditional physical engraving cylinders, we took the lead in introducing laser plate making technology.

Temperature Control System Ascension
Aiming at the high requirements of water-based ink printing on drying speed and temperature control, we have completely remodeled the traditional hot air system.
Innovative points:
- Adopting diesel fuel and return air auxiliary system, energy utilization efficiency is increased by 40%.
- Equipped with automatic adjustment system, the temperature and air can be adjusted in real time according to the printing area and the number of color groups.
